D A MacDougall Fencing 134 Posted March 7, 2015 Report Share These old thing are handay for rolling up old wire.u can roll up to our three wires at the same time then once full put a couple ties on the roll nice and tiday.it hinges inward to allow the wire to come off the spole.i no most fences get ripped out as fast as u can get them out the way but this is a good option for the fussay customer .
