Grant taylor Posted February 17, 2015 Report Share Posted February 17, 2015 Hello, new to the site. I work on estate in Northumberland and have been here a little more than 12 months. Fencing is a large part of my job and really enjoy, unfortunately the lad I work with doesn't and isn't as bothered as making a good job as I am, which can get annoying! Currently sat having bate doing a fence line on a busy road side that's had a lot of cars thru! So pulling wire in short sections to save wasting loads of wire every time we have to fix it again! He doesn't seem to care, keeps saying he hates fencing but can't see that if it's not done properly we will have to keep going back to it, keep telling him ' do it right do it once' but he thinks am mad.
