mild steel netting user converting to high tensile. I see many contractors use a foot & wire to keep the end post from rising. The few I’ve seen use an auger to dig a hole alongside the post, then hammer the foot in. As I don’t have such a machine, how would you do it by hand? options I can think of are. Under the post. Or Dig the hole leaving room to fit the foot alongside the post. An guidance would appreciated.
