BillyJenkins Posted March 26, 2014 Report Posted March 26, 2014 Is it possible to get modern preserved timber that matches the life of decently galvanised wire? If so; what is it called? thanks
Farmandforestry Posted March 31, 2014 Report Posted March 31, 2014 Defiantly only Creosote, but only if it's added to correctly dried pine posts and it's come from Calders and Grandige or BBH preservers. Anything else is a con. Needs to be proper top grade creosote not type c or Shale oil.
