Mooresft
What does everyone wear on their feet? I seem to go through boots at a rate of knots and was wondering if anyone had any recommendations?
Goaty
For years I used to wear the basic black miners safety boot. They lasted a year, apart from wet weather which I wear wellies. Now we have all the padded nonsense they just rip to bits putting them on. 8-10 months now for modern and twice the price boots. Also the China syndrome, how cheap can it be made has a major effect. I look at toys in shops and feel sorry for the cheap unrealistic tat kids can get. This is especially noticeable with the starwars stuff at the moment. Goaty
I have meindl airstream chainsaw boots which I only use for saw work £174! I assume those don't have toe caps in them as they say for hunting?

No toe protection, use the chainsaw boots if i need that I find i prefer the lighter boots, dont weigh on the old hips as much
