Frontrowfencing Posted June 3, 2016 Report Posted June 3, 2016 Hi there, Does, anyone have any ideas on a good place to buy tracks for a kubota rg30 tracked knocker. I think we have one on the way out, so looking at getting one in stock I case it goes. Thanks
Goaty Posted June 3, 2016 Report Posted June 3, 2016 Have seen an ad in earth movers magazine, if I find one I'll reply.
Ringfencing Posted June 3, 2016 Report Posted June 3, 2016 We used cautrac £430 ish per track not sure if that's cheap or not but they did stock them and quick turn around.
haslemerefencing Posted June 4, 2016 Report Posted June 4, 2016 I'd heard that cautrac were expensive, (but have no other suggestion!)
PDRContracting Posted June 4, 2016 Report Posted June 4, 2016 Had a new track on our last rg30 machine from Protech, was a Cautrac one and the inserts started pulling out through the rubber after 1 year! Not impressed! I bought a replacement from CES (http://www.rubber-tracks.co.uk) who offered Bridgestone (best but expensive) or Jtrack that were a little more than Cautrac but never gave me trouble for the 2-3 yrs we kept it after fitted.
D.B.P. Posted June 4, 2016 Report Posted June 4, 2016 I got one from Leach & Lewis, it was £415 + del
MikeW Posted June 4, 2016 Report Posted June 4, 2016 Astrack were the cheapest I found and had in stock for next day. I have got cautrac ones on mine and they are not worn but have some bad splits

I have got cautrac ones on mine and they are not worn but have some bad splits Same here mike, we put new cautrac ones on and they are not that old, certainly very little wear, which I am not surprised at, because most work is on soft ground, but one is splitting badly, so want to get a spare in stock.
RED STAG Posted June 5, 2016 Report Posted June 5, 2016 As Mike W says Astrack. the tracks I bought came with warranty not sure if it was 18month or 2 years
S J H Posted June 5, 2016 Report Posted June 5, 2016 Highly recommend astrak, they were the cheapest, and had them in stock.
MikeW Posted June 6, 2016 Report Posted June 6, 2016 I very nearly bought one as a spare but when they said they stocked for next day I thought I would risk it!
