Auger-Earth Drill

What make model of Hand held Auger. Earth Drill do you guys find the best and most reliable .

We use auger torque on the machines. But struggle with hand helds when we can't get the machine to inaccessible places

We have a sthil one man auger. It is ok and does the job I. The right soil. Clay etc great. Roots and stone, not so great. Fine shale also good. Lots of option s out there, I like the sthil as it has an auto brake back if the auger hits something.

i have used the stihl one man, wouldn't like to use one with the auto brake. Looking to get an auger torque for the mini digger as its hard work with the hand held.

Iv got the sthill as front rows say works best in the right soil types but every tools has there limitations. Keep the gear box well greased and she will run all day day in day out . I use my one a lot for outing in boat foots and tie downs
