  2. From the album: recent work g nobes fencing

note no centre line i would usually put a centre line in MS Its not Rylock Gordon but the fc did not supply enough plain for this and so did not on this occassion, note no rads, again FC supplied materials no rads supplied no rads fitted, i did stagger the stapling though 1, 3 5, 8 and 1, 2, 4 ,6 on alternate posts.
  3. From the album: recent work g nobes fencing

my fence on the right joining a rival contractors fence running off to the left,
  4. From the album: recent work g nobes fencing

mild steel fence along an FC march, spec was bottom line, Its not Rylock Gordon, two top barbed titan, all tornado wires ,
  5. Damien you'll have to stop fencing in Australia.
  6. Is that supposed to be a centre line on the rylock? If so then why is it not on the whole length,
  7. The closest that guy has got to a fencer is slept with one I reckon!
  8. Was the r suitable clearances between gate and ground, certainly plenty of clearance between the bottom of the hook and the eyeball! Also wire doesn't look tight to me.

The guy holding post must have trust in the man wielding the maul
  11. Looks great is the rabbit net run along a plain line, and the rail on top of line?
  12. That's a great wee thing did you get it made or is it something that's adapted, I've always been looking for something that I can roll up wire on ,
  13. A handy tip I learned for catching gates is to use a drive in gate hook put in upside down, cheap and effective,
  14. Excellent work how Did you go about getting the circle right was it a post in the middle, the a length of rope all the way round
  15. is that trench dug out with a mini slew?
  16. Hey no offence taken! I've never had a wedge split yet and as I said the shape of it means it tightens with every hit, and it gets wider of course too. I The guy I used to work for always used them and was renowned as one of the best in the area, never ever had a complaint or a strainer shift, but each to their own , wouldn't it be great for us all to meet up and share our methods.
  17. Just goes to show the differences in everyone's work I would always run a line either barbed or plain along the top of net and usually run a line along centre of net too.
  18. Do you not usually run a line along the top of the net?
  19. Am I right in thinking that the old fence in the pic he the stockfence stapled hard to the strainer but not tied off round the post?
  20. Now I would use wedge as thrust plate, what are you using.
  21. From the album: horse arena

using 4 x 2 inch rails and round milled posts,
