very happy with the way this has turnd out, as you can see i had to attach kick boards too, the client had the surface down before i started , hence his difficulty in getting his levels for the sub base. -

dont we just hate these corners around 8 turners in total around this section wanted to straighten it out but customer wanted to keep the curve. -

including the gates as you can see there is a turner to attach gates to between them the customer wanted that , so dont chastise me! the only thing not ideal is the ground did not allow for gates hung at same height, but strangely it looks ok and customer as happy -

absoulutely delighted with the results here using a new supplier for timber a lot cheaper and very happy with the result customer over the moon now wnats more of the same -

here is the way I install stays, using a wedge cut from a pointing of strainers, as you can see the base of the stay is around 12 -18 inches in, with nothing in the back of wedge, it is the driven down until everything is solid. -

and shot of the gate hung on the end, a job that me and most importantly the customer was really happy with, I did put up the rails just myself but once I got into a routine it was very quick and consistent. -
